What’s the difference between coaching and consulting?
Coaching builds your capacity to lead—how you decide, communicate, and act under pressure. Consulting typically provides answers and solutions. We may offer structure and frameworks, but the goal is sustainable leadership growth, not dependency.
Who is this for?
Managers, directors and any leaders navigating complexity—high-stakes decisions, shifting priorities, stakeholder tension, or team dynamics. If you’re ready to practice new ways of leading (not just talk about them), this will fit.
What does an engagement look like?
Most 1:1 work runs 3–6 months with a consistent cadence. Each cycle includes a clear focus, practical between-session practices, and integration into your real meetings and decisions.
How do you handle confidentiality?
Confidentiality is central. In team coaching, individual conversations are confidential—including from the manager. We only share themes and agreements the team aligns on.
Do you work with individuals and organizations?
Yes. Some clients are sponsored by their organization (HR/L&D or leadership budgets), and others invest personally. We can provide an invoice and a simple scope summary if needed.
